B-Unique Beauty Boutique Flyer
I was contracted to create a flyer for a client going by the name of Helen who’s business is based in Birmingham. The process I had to take to ensure I got this project was send a proposal for the design and some samples of my work then the contractor would decide if I was suitable for the role. As you can see from the designs I was picked to do the work and I undertook the task like I would undertake every design task by putting 100% into what I was doing and trying to produce something new and different.

The client wanted to have a flyer that would look professional and appeal to any gender and to people who ere interested in having any beauty treatments done. The contractor also made clear that they were not worried about the age range of their clients as this business is open to anyone. So from this information I decided to create something that would look sophisticated, clean and fresh and I came up with the design you see here. The colours I went for were pastel green and cream, with the use of white and black for other elements on the flyer. I also decided that the flyer needed a focal point and that’s where the pattern design came in on the front of the flyer and also on the back. Overall I am very pleased with the outcome of this flyer and working with Helen was great also because she knew what she wanted and allowed me to get on with the task in hand.

The software I used to create the flyer was Adobe Photoshop. If you would like to view the flyer then please feel free to click on the link at the bottom of this text and a light box will appear showing the designs that I have created. The feedback form from this person is in my paper-based portfolio, and will be available on request. However I have now added a section to this website called testimonials which is placed within the portfolio sections of this website and you will need to click on the link to get to what has been said about me from each client that I have done work for.
