Bloomin Blossom Florist Flyer
I was contracted to create a florist flyer for a client going by the name of Sophie who was going to be setting up a new business in Birmingham. The process I had to take to ensure I got this project was send a proposal for the design and some samples of my work then the contractor would decide if I was suitable for the role. As you can see from the designs I was picked to do the work and I undertook the task like I would undertake every design task by putting 100% into what I was doing and trying to produce something new and different.

The client wanted to have a flyer that would look professional and appeal to any age and gender who were going to buy from the florist. So my idea for the design was to have a a grey and pink theme with the colour grey on the front of the flyer and pink as a colour on the back. To make the flyer look like it was for a florist I had to ensure that I had some kind of flower effect on the flyer. So I decided to add a growing flower on both sides of the flyer and a flower as a logo just to set the flyer off and give it, its own identity. The client was very happy with the print designs and told me how everyone had commented on how professional and well designed they looked. Also everything that you see on the flyer has been created by myself as I like to make everything I design my own.

The software I used to create the flyer was Adobe Photoshop. If you would like to view the flyer then please feel free to click on the link at the bottom of this text and a light box will appear showing the designs that I have created. The feedback form from this person is in my paper-based portfolio, and will be available on request. However I have now added a section to this website called testimonials which is placed within the portfolio sections of this website and you will need to click on the link to get to what has been said about me from each client that I have done work for.
