I was contracted to create a logo for a client going by the name of Paul whose business is based in West Bromwich. The process I had to take to ensure I got this project was to send a proposal for the design and some samples of my work then the contractor would decide if I was suitable for the role. As you can see from the designs I was picked to do the work and I undertook the task like I would undertake every design task by putting 100% into what I was doing and trying to produce something new and different.
When talking to the client the impression I got was he wanted a logo that was a little different from what that had already seen out there at the moment and they wanted to use the colours cream and red. So from this information I went away and conducted some research into more photography logos and found some that gave me some great ideas of what I was going to do for this client. The final design I came up with was a camera lens with an eye inside of it to give it the look of someone looking through the lens. I also used the colours that the client asked for which were cream and red and I have to say I myself was really happy with the outcome of this logo and I would defiantly like to do something like this again.
The client was really happy with the final logo design and said that is what exactly what they wanted. You will also find the design of this logo has been created by me as I like to make everything I design my own so its unique to me and the client. The software I used to create this logo was Adobe Photoshop and the client has also provided me with a reference for this design work.
