Nic's Designs Webfolio
This is a new webfolio design for 2013 for the website I have kept the colour scheme the same but i have this time changed the layout about. I felt because it’s a new year it was time for a change and for everything to be updated. This time around I have stayed with cream, green, and black theme which I think really works well and makes a statement, but changed the design of the footer, the navigation design and the general layout slightly. I am more than happy with how the website now looks with the new layout and design and I feel It now looks a lot better.

The website is mainly there to showcase my work which I have created over the years and will also help the public find out more about me and what I do. This website is also live on the web and can be found at, and I also have another portfolio website that can be found at, thats if you would like to take a look. I have made sure that both websites look slightly different (design wise) because as I am using Nics Designs for my business and Nic Andrews for both my freelance work and my University/Personal work.

The skills and software I have used for this website are, Adobe Photoshop for the designing, and CMS (WordPress) for putting the site together and making it live on the web. I am very pleased with the outcome of this site and I feel it is an improvement on the last webfolio’s I have done as I like to make every new website I do better than the last. If you would like to view the screen shots for this site then please feel free to click the link under this text and a light box window will appear showing my designs, and to see the actual site there will be a link under that link that will take you to the actual site. I always enjoy making new websites for myself and I really enjoyed doing this one as it not only adds to my website portfolio and my paperbased portfolio it widens my skills and what I am able to do not just for myself but for other people also.
